I recently purchased pearl earrings from pearls4less.com and want to tell you what an excellent shopping experience it was.The earrings are beautiful and above my expectations. They were shipped the day after I ordered despite problems with my credit card. The credit card problem is the part of the transaction that made this an exceptionally good shopping experience. When I bought the earrings I used my credit card company's service of providing a one-time credit card number. It was my first time doing this, I made a mistake and the charge was rejected. Instead of emailing me 5 days later as many vendors would do, I received a phone call to verify my credit card information and the order was shipped. I also received an email telling me that the order was fully refundable if I did not like the earrings. I think this experience is the most 'cared-about-customer' feeling I have had when shopping on the Internet and I recommend pearls4less.com highly.
